The Lexicon of Greek Personal Names is awesome! Click the statistics links to get to the names in each volume. I also like the 'Greek names' link on the right. On the Celtic side of things, there's Name Nerds. A lot of the meaning/pronunciation/note info is... well, I don't know what they were smoking... and there are some glaring omissions, but the list of Irish surnames used as last names is good for working English -> Irish.

My mom made a Bill O'Reilly-esque slip today, saying 'falafel' when she meant 'lavash.'
