Harry Potter in Ancient Greek

Hi from the linguistics department computer lab. Just dashing off a quick note (updating via e-mail rules!) because I could not wait another MINUTE to make this announcement: Ἁρειος Ποτηρ καὶ ἡ φιλοσόφου λίθος is out! I've been waiting so long for this...! However, I did exert some self-control and managed not to buy it at Schoenhof's just now. I've already got the American, British, Spanish, Latin, and Irish versions; my ability to justify purchasing each subsequent copy grows ever slimmer, particularly considering the fact that I haven't read any of them... heh.

I did go to the linguistics panel at the APA conference yesterday, but there isn't really anything to report.
