Conference Wrap-up
I'd call this weekend's colloquium a success. We had talks on a wide variety of topics, from the Indo-European homeland problem to destinatives in Udeghe. My own talk went over well, I thought, and I was particularly proud of all my classmates' presentations. Morris Halle's keynote provided a very strong finish to the weekend. There was also a fun get-together here last night-- there were a lot of familiar faces in the crowd, and the 'regulars,' particularly the Montreal crowd, are friends we're always glad to see.
Now, about that missed sleep...
